She has more than 15 years’ experience in HR management from the retail, distribution, production, logistics, outsourced call center and banking industry holding senior and executive management roles. She's skilled in full profile HR services, Organizational development, focusing business to its core activities, Team Building and Motivation, Leadership, etc.
Liga has shown a keen interest in promoting gender balance within the company and is a deep supporter of 40/60 gender balance. It is a great challenge to navigate the gender balance in aviation industry and specifically in certain historically man-dominated fields, but as being involved in IATA #25by2025, SmartLynx is on a mission to help improve the gender balance in aviation. Liga has actively voiced her views on this subject in public discussions and is currently enhancing her knowledge and expertise through master's studies in Anthropology.
