Tommy Saputro is Senior Manager for Customer Development in the AVIATAR team at Lufthansa Technik. His leadership to introduce digital tech ops solutions, which enables data driven processes for airlines, has allowed many airlines to master the digital transformation. For almost 20 years, Tommy Saputro has dedicated his working experience in spearheading digital transformation projects and change management in the aviation industry in Europe and Asia. He graduated from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany in system design.
