Profile

Matti has close to two decades of experience on airline maintenance operations in Finnair on various
expert and leader positions. Currently he is heading the Repair Services function that covers component
maintenance and related activities. Previously he has been responsible for such as development and
compliance control, covering main digitalization & process development projects, Technical training and
competence development as well as regulatory compliance within Tech OPS area. He has also managerial
experience from Maintenance Control Center and Defect management functions as well as from component engineering for the Finnair fleet.
