Profile

Niklas is as programme & project manager overseeing the strategic development of the Engineering & Maintenance functioin at TUI Airline. He thereby leads core projects like the introduction of the electronic logbook as well as the go-live of predictive maintenance tools. Moreover, he is part of TUI Airline’s Transformation & Change Team whereby he drives innovation and digitalisation cross-functionally among TUI Airline’s five European airlines. Niklas holds a M.Sc. in International Business Development from the ESB Business School Reutlingen. Niklas has been working with TUI for more than 3 years within different project, process and change management roles, most recently fulfilling a role as Process Optimization Project Manager within the Aircraft Asset & Business Management (AABM) at TUI Airline.
