Alistair Dibisceglia

Alistair started his career more than 15 years ago as Engine expert. He covered Technical Director (CAMO PostHolder) position also responsible for the overall RFP process related to all the maintenance contracts under negotiation by the Airline on top of all the Technical, Maintenance, Regulatory and Safety aspects (on-wing and off-wing).

He later joined ILFC/AerCap as VP where he was responsible for negotiating, delivering, returning, managing, inspecting, overseeing and repossessing Aircraft all over the world. Alistair was part of the Embraer E-Jets II Acquisition Team (100 aircraft) and part of the Embraer M(aintenance) R(eview) B(oard). He was part of the MRO-Committee responsible in selecting strategic MRO contracts around the globe.

Alistair also worked at CastleLake as VP Asset Management, CALC and ARI (first provider of a full-line of used aircraft solutions in Asia), as SVP - Head of Technical based out of Dublin and Hong Kong. He then headed the Leasing Team within MTU with responsibility for commercial and technical activities all over the world. Now he covers the position of EVP Fleet, Technical Procurement and Supply Chain within Alitalia.

Alistair has a PhD in Aerospace Engineering with extensive experience in the Airline and Aviation Leasing sectors with deep metal knowledge, aircraft and engines transaction execution experience, negotiations and customer relationships all over the world.
